Summertime Lobster Bake At City Tap House
Most of us here in Philly didn’t make it up to Maine this summer so if you’re craving a little New England style seafood, you haven’t missed you chance. On Saturday August 21, you can be a part of City Tap House’s first annual Summer Lobster Bake. From 3pm – 7pm, you can help create the tradition by getting elbow deep in some lobster-y goodness.
The chef will be preparing individual bags for the lobster bake, including clams, mussels, corn and of course, the star of the show, lobster, as well as all the sides to go with, like rice and potatoes.
The event also includes four tickets to try any of the four featured summertime craft brews; Harpoon on draft, two varieties of Sly Fox cans and a can from Narragansett. The event will be held rain or shine, thanks to City Tap House’s huge outdoor covered terrace and with live music and drink specials running all afternoon this sure is a solid way to spend your Saturday!
Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 the day of. You can purchase tickets online or at the door. City Tap House 3925 Walnut Street Philadelphia, PA 19104-3624 215-662-0105
